Jean-Marie Auboine Joins French Innovation Panel in Las Vegas
On September 25, 2026, Master Chocolatier Jean-Marie Auboine joined fellow business and community leaders for a panel discussion at French Innovation on the West Coast, held at SpeedVegas in Las Vegas. The event celebrated the French American Chamber of Commerce Southern California’s new Southwest office and brought together the Las Vegas and San Diego communities.
For Jean-Marie, the evening was an opportunity to share his perspective as a French entrepreneur who has built a chocolate company in Las Vegas, and to connect with others contributing to the French business community in the American West.
Jean-Marie Auboine Chocolatier also sponsored a two-table tasting display of handcrafted gourmet chocolates and French macarons. Members of our kitchen team welcomed guests, offered samples, and invited visitors to continue the experience at our Harmon factory store near the Las Vegas Strip or our Tivoli Village boutique in Summerlin.
We were pleased to take part in an evening celebrating French heritage, entrepreneurship, and connections across Las Vegas, San Diego, and Southern California.
