Planning Your Delivery
Saturday Delivery
Standard Overnight and 2-Day Shipping services do not automatically include Saturday delivery. While some destinations may receive Saturday service, it cannot be guaranteed through standard shipping methods.
If delivery by Saturday is important, we recommend selecting Saturday Delivery at checkout to ensure weekend arrival.
2-Day Shipping Cutoff
Orders placed by Wednesday at 3 PM are recommended for the most reliable pre-weekend delivery. Orders placed on Thursday may arrive on Saturday in some areas, but not all carriers include Saturday as part of their standard 2-Day service.
Because Saturday delivery cannot be guaranteed, Thursday orders may arrive on Monday instead.
Overnight Shipping Cutoff
Our Overnight Shipping cutoff is Thursday at 3 PM. Overnight Shipping is designed for next business day delivery. Orders placed on Friday would typically ships on Monday for Tuesday delivery. To avoid your package sitting in a carrier warehouse over the weekend, we do not ship on Friday.
If Saturday delivery is required, please select Saturday Delivery at checkout.
Summer Shipping
Chocolate is highly temperature-sensitive. During warmer months, Ground Shipping and 2-Day Shipping are unavailable, and we ship using Overnight service only.
Combined with insulated packaging and cooling materials, Overnight Shipping helps minimize transit time and better protect your chocolates from heat exposure.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Information
Please review all shipping information carefully before placing your order. We are unable to cover the cost of reshipping orders sent to an incorrect address.
We recommend shipping to a physical street address where someone will be available to receive the package. We do not ship to PO Boxes in the summer.
If shipping to a business, please include both the company name and the recipient's name to help ensure successful delivery.

Why is summer shipping more expensive?
Overnight shipping, insulated packaging, and cooling materials are more costly than ground or 2-day services. This is the safest way to deliver chocolates in warm weather.
Delivery Times & Expectations
✔ Overnight delivery is usually by 10:30 AM the next business day.
✔ Some locations may receive overnight delivery by 12 PM or as late as 5 PM.
✔ Ground and 2-day delivery can arrive anytime up to 8 PM.
✔ Delivery windows vary by destination and carrier.
✔ Carrier delays can occur and are outside of our control once the package has left our facility.
Shipping to Warm States
Due to heat exposure risks, states like Florida and other warm regions may require overnight shipping year-round.

Our shipping methods are selected based on weather, destination, and transit time to help ensure your chocolates arrive in excellent condition. Once received, we recommend storing chocolate in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong odors.

Yes. We strongly recommend shipping to an occupied residence, business address, or location where someone can receive the package upon delivery. Chocolate should be brought indoors as soon as possible, especially during warm weather.
