Since opening our original chocolate factory store in 2012, we have had the privilege of serving chocolate lovers from across Las Vegas and around the United-States. In February 2026, we expanded with the opening of our Tivoli Village flagship store, allowing even more customers to experience our handcrafted chocolates, French macarons, gourmet confections, and seasonal creations.

While each location offers its own atmosphere and experience, both share the same commitment to craftsmanship, quality ingredients, and exceptional customer service.

Our Original Factory Store Near the Las Vegas Strip

For more than a decade, our Harmon Avenue location has been a destination for those seeking premium chocolates in Las Vegas.

Located just minutes from the Las Vegas Strip, our Harmon store combines a retail chocolate shop with our production facility, making it a unique experience for both visitors and locals. Many of the handcrafted chocolates enjoyed by our customers are produced right here, under the direction of Master Chocolatier Jean-Marie Auboine.

Expanding the Jean-Marie Auboine Experience

As our business continued to grow, so did the number of customers visiting us from across the Las Vegas Valley.

Many customers regularly traveled from Summerlin and the western side of the city to visit our Harmon location. Others found it difficult to stop by during the workweek, as our factory store operates during traditional business hours and is located within an industrial area designed primarily around chocolate production.

When we began exploring the possibility of a second location, our goal was simple: create an even better experience for our customers.

We wanted a location with convenient parking, extended opening hours, easy access throughout the week, and a beautiful environment where guests could take their time exploring our products. We also wanted to bring the Jean-Marie Auboine experience closer to customers who had been making the drive across town for years.

That vision led us to Tivoli Village.

Our Tivoli Village Flagship Store

Opened on February 1, 2026, our Tivoli Village location serves as the flagship store for Jean-Marie Auboine Chocolatier.

Located in the heart of Summerlin, Tivoli Village offers a completely different atmosphere from our factory store. Surrounded by restaurants, boutiques, outdoor gathering spaces, and free parking, it provides an enjoyable destination for both locals and visitors.

The flagship store features our full collection of handcrafted chocolates, French macarons, seasonal assortments, chocolate bars, gourmet confections, and gift collections. Guests can also build their own chocolate assortments, creating personalized gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, thank-you gifts, corporate gifting, holidays, and special occasions.

The Tivoli Village location is also home to our handcrafted gelato selection, offering guests another way to experience the flavors and craftsmanship that define Jean-Marie Auboine Chocolatier.
