Celebrating 10 Years with the Gourmet Chocolate of the Month Club

For 10 years, Jean-Marie Auboine Chocolatier has been part of the Gourmet Chocolate of the Month Club, introducing chocolate lovers across the country to handcrafted creations from our Las Vegas chocolate kitchen.

Since the relationship began in 2016, our chocolates have been featured alongside selections from chocolate makers from across the United States and around the world. The club selects featured chocolatiers based on qualities including flavor, creativity, craftsmanship, and ingredient quality.

Jean-Marie Auboine Chocolatier also has a dedicated chocolatier profile on the Gourmet Chocolate of the Month Club website, highlighting Chef Jean-Marie Auboine's international career, experience in luxury hospitality, and the evolution of the Las Vegas company.
