What Makes Our Gelato Flavors Different?
The names of our gelato flavors describe what is actually inside them. We use real ingredients and prepare many of the inclusions in our own Las Vegas kitchen rather than relying only on flavored pastes or artificial imitations.
Real fruit is used to create our fruit-forward flavors and sorbets, while real nuts give flavors such as pistachio and hazelnut their distinctive character. Vanilla Overload is made with real vanilla beans, and Double Salted Caramel includes caramel sauce prepared in our kitchen.
Our dessert-inspired gelatos also contain pieces of the actual desserts they represent. The tiramisu, cheesecake and lemon pie are prepared in our kitchen before being incorporated into their corresponding gelato flavors. Cookies & Cream contains real cookies, and Peanut Butter Cup includes pieces of real peanut butter cups.
For Pistachio Dubai Bar Gelato, we use pieces of our own Dubai Chocolate Bar, made with pistachio, crispy kataifi, tahini and milk chocolate. The bar is cut into small pieces and added directly to the gelato, creating the same recognizable textures and flavors in a frozen dessert.
These ingredients make each flavor more than an interpretation of its name. They bring real texture, depth and recognizable pieces of the original dessert into every serving.
Which Flavors Are Best for Chocolate and Nut Lovers?
Several flavors are designed for customers who prefer deeper, richer dessert profiles.
Pistachio Dubai Bar
Pistachio Dubai Bar is a natural choice for anyone drawn to pistachio and the flavor profile of the popular Dubai Chocolate Bar.
It combines a distinctive nutty character with the richness expected from a dessert-inspired gelato. This is one of the first flavors to consider when you want something memorable rather than traditional.
Nocciolata
Nocciolata offers the familiar combination of chocolate and hazelnut in a smooth gelato.
It is a good option for customers who enjoy praline, hazelnut confections or chocolate-hazelnut spreads. The flavor is rich and comforting without requiring you to choose between chocolate and nuts.
Peanut Butter Cup
Peanut Butter Cup brings together two classic dessert flavors: peanut butter and chocolate.
It is especially suited to customers who enjoy sweet and nutty combinations or want something that feels familiar and indulgent.
Which Gelato Is Best for Caramel Lovers?
For customers who already love our caramel confections, Double Salted Caramel is the natural place to begin.
Double Salted Caramel
Double Salted Caramel balances sweetness with a distinct salted finish.
The salt helps deepen the caramel flavor and keeps the overall experience from feeling one-dimensional. It is a satisfying choice for anyone who prefers caramel over chocolate or wants a gelato with a stronger contrast between sweet and savory notes.
It can also appeal to customers familiar with our award-winning Double Sea Salt Caramels associated with Jean-Marie Auboine Chocolatier.
Which Flavors Feel Classic and Comforting?
Not every gelato choice needs to be unexpected. Some of the most satisfying flavors are inspired by desserts people already know and love.
Vanilla Overload
Vanilla Overload is for customers who believe vanilla should never be treated as the uninteresting option.
It offers a full vanilla experience that can be enjoyed on its own or alongside a stronger flavor. It is also a useful choice when sharing with someone whose preferences you do not know well.
Cookies & Cream
Cookies & Cream combines a creamy base with the familiar flavor and texture of chocolate cookies.
It is approachable, nostalgic and easy to enjoy, making it a good first choice for both adults and children.
Strawberry Cheesecake
Strawberry Cheesecake combines a fruit-forward profile with the richness of a classic cheesecake-inspired dessert.
It works well for customers who want fruit but are not necessarily looking for the lighter experience of a sorbet.
Vero Tiramisu
Vero Tiramisu is inspired by the familiar Italian dessert, with creamy and coffee-forward notes.
It is a good option after a meal or for anyone who typically chooses coffee-flavored desserts. Compared with the brighter fruit selections, it offers a deeper and more traditional finish.
Which Flavor Is Best When You Want Something Bright?
Lemon Curd Pie sits between a rich gelato and a refreshing citrus dessert.
Lemon Curd Pie
Lemon Curd Pie offers a bright lemon profile with the comforting character of a pie-inspired dessert.
It can be an excellent choice when chocolate or caramel feels too heavy but you still want something creamier than sorbet. The citrus flavor makes it particularly appealing during the warmer months in Las Vegas.
Which Sorbet Is the Most Refreshing?
The Tivoli Village selection includes three fruit sorbets:
Mango
Raspberry
Passion Fruit
Each one offers a brighter and more fruit-forward experience than the gelato flavors.
Mango Sorbet
Mango Sorbet is smooth, tropical and naturally suited to warm weather.
Choose it when you want a mellow fruit flavor that feels refreshing without being especially tart.
Raspberry Sorbet
Raspberry Sorbet offers a balance of sweetness and berry acidity.
It is a good option for customers who enjoy red-fruit flavors and want something with a brighter finish than mango.
Passion Fruit Sorbet
Passion Fruit Sorbet provides the boldest tropical profile of the three.
Its naturally tangy character makes it an excellent choice when you want something vivid, refreshing and less sweet than a traditional dessert flavor.
Which Gelato Flavors Pair Well Together?
When selecting more than one flavor, you can either choose complementary options or create contrast.
Some combinations to consider include:
Pistachio Dubai Bar and Nocciolata for a rich, nut-forward pairing
Pistachio Dubai Bar and Raspberry Sorbet for the contrast between creamy pistachio and bright raspberry
Double Salted Caramel and Vanilla Overload for a classic caramel-and-vanilla combination
Vanilla Overload and Mango Sorbet for a soft, aromatic and tropical pairing
Strawberry Cheesecake and Raspberry Sorbet for two different interpretations of red fruit
Vero Tiramisu and Nocciolata for coffee, chocolate and hazelnut notes
Mango Sorbet and Passion Fruit Sorbet for a more vivid tropical combination
Peanut Butter Cup and Cookies & Cream for a familiar, indulgent dessert pairing
There is no required way to combine flavors. The best pairing is the one that matches your mood that day.
What Should You Try on Your First Visit?
For a first visit, consider choosing one flavor that feels familiar and one you may not normally order.
Double Salted Caramel, Vanilla Overload and Cookies & Cream are approachable starting points. Pistachio Dubai Bar, Lemon Curd Pie or Passion Fruit Sorbet can add something more distinctive.
Our team can also help you compare the available flavors based on whether you prefer chocolate, nuts, caramel, coffee, fruit or something especially refreshing.
