French-born and classically trained, Master Chocolatier Jean-Marie Auboine has earned global acclaim for his craftsmanship, artistry, and relentless pursuit of perfection. A World Chocolate Master, American Chocolate Master, and two-time Meilleur Ouvrier de France (MOF) finalist, his career spans Europe, Mexico, and the U.S.—including roles at Fontainebleau Miami Beach and the Bellagio Las Vegas. In 2011, he opened his own chocolate factory, where he continues to handcraft award-winning confections like his New York Times–celebrated Double Sea Salted Caramels. Today, Chef Auboine stands among the world’s most respected chocolatiers—dedicated to tradition, innovation, and taste without compromise.
