SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
FedEx One Rate with overnight only from May 1st to November, for the rest of the year we provide customer 3 options (Priority Over Night <Deliver before 10:30am>, Regular Over Night <3pm-8pm>, and 2 Days <4:30pm>).
When shipping to warm destinations we use ice packs and insulated packaging to ensure your chocolates arrive in excellent condition. Please make an effort to notify the recipient that a sweet gift is on its way so the package is not left outside in warm weather for too long.
Orders can be canceled the same day if the package is not already shipped. Every order placed and cancelled will be subject to pay a $10 cancellation fee.
Registration is required in advance, and a registration fee (Deposit) shall accompany all registrations in order to secure space in a class. Using non authorized coupon code, out of date coupon codes will result the cancellation of the registration.
Full payment is required to secure your place in the class.
If you pay with a credit card, you have secured your position in the class. Paying by cash, check or money order will not secure your position in the class unless Jean-Marie Auboine School has received the payment.
MASTER CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY
All Master Classes are FINAL SALE. Registration for a Master Class, reserves a spot for attendee. No Class Credit or Monetary refunds will be issued for any reason.
If for any reason, registered attendee is unable to attend class reserved, Jean-Marie Auboine Chocolatier, The School, must be notified if immediately and registered attendee and may send a replacement. The School must be notified of replacement name and contact ASAP.
In cases of force major, Jean-Marie Auboine Chocolatier, The School reserves the right to cancel or change the classes at any time; this includes substitution of instructors, or course content. In cases of force major, registered attendee will be notified immediately and registered attendee will have the opportunity to choose a replacement class (upon availability) or monetary reimbursement of the actual amount paid.
DRESS CODE POLICY & CLEANING PROCEDURE
All tools, equipment and ingredients will be provided for each student. Jean-Marie Auboine School has a strict dress code & Cleaning Policy.
Students are required to wear long pants, non-slippery kitchen-safe shoes, chef's jacket, a hairnet and an Apron. Students will have the possibility to buy chef's jacket from Jean-Marie Auboine School, please call for more information.
Equipment & tools will be cleaned by one of our employee and the students will be responsible for table cleaning/sanitizing & recipes product/ingredients storage.
The students need to respect the Nevada Health Department Sanitary Code to avoid any cross contamination.
RESPONSIBILITY & INSURANCE
Using some equipment without following the proper safety procedure or wearing improper uniform can be dangerous & cause severe injuries.
Jean-Marie Auboine School is not and will not be responsible for any injury or illness during the workshops and each student will have to sign a release form before starting the class.
